• continuously rotating our fields with different products helps us to grow healthy crops, encourages wildlife, and vastly reduces the chances of crop disease
• we minimise pollution of rivers and waterways because we don’t use any artificial or synthetic chemicals
• we improve soil fertility by adding organic matter and natural nitrogen fixation
• bees, butterflies, birds and wild animals thrive in this natural environment
Eating
• your exposure to harmful residues is minimised because we don’t use artificial fertilisers, chemical pesticides, hormones or antibiotics
• you won’t be eating genetically modified (GM) crops or ingredients
• we believe you are getting tastier food, as it has been grown naturally and takes longer to grow, and also has less water content
• you are eating food that generally has higher vitamin and mineral content than conventional food
• you are supporting farms that nurture our beautiful and diverse wildlife and countryside
